At Cottonwood Creek Brewery & Smokehouse, we serve up bold flavors and hearty comfort food with a smoky, beer-infused twist. Start with shareable favorites like Fried Brussels Sprouts in a hot honey-balsamic glaze or our tender Pork Belly Burnt Ends caramelized in apricot-chipotle goodness. Want the ultimate spread? The Smoked Cheese Board delivers a feast of house-smoked cheeses, our own Amber beer bread crostinis, and always fresh fruit.
For a true Southern-style feast, dig into our Half Rack of Pork Ribs on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays after 4 pm, slow-cooked in house-brewed craft beer, or the Brisket Burger, smoked right here in our kitchen and topped with melt-in-your-mouth chopped beef, tasty BBQ sauce, and of course our fried jalitos.
